Money Doesn’t Come Without Guidence ...

In order to grant a preliminary underwriting approval, your loan officer and mortgage analyst will need to obtain some basic pieces of information about you. It is possible that more information may be needed down the road, but these are the basics. In certain states, where state laws allow, we may be able to issue preliminary underwriting approval the very next day.

ALL LOANS

  • 30-days pay stub
  • W-2’s for the most recent 2 years
  • Bank statements for the most recent 2 months
  • Copies of all asset statements (401K, IRA, TSP, etc.)
  • Names and addresses of each employer for the most recent 2 years
  • Copy of divorce decree, separation or child support papers (if applicable)
  • Address of other real estate owned and loan information
  • Photo copy of Driver’s License

REFINANCE LOANS

  • Current Mortgage Statement
  • Homeowners Insurance Policy
  • Previous owners Title Insurance Policy
  • Existing Deed of Trust / Note on current mortgage
