Pat McCormick Jr
Pat McCormick, its President, has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years and has the experience and knowledge necessary to help you navigate the everchanging real estate market. Pat began his mortgage career in 1986. Since that time, he has become a local force in residential lending. During his years in the residential lending arm of the banking industry, he consistently received top awards for customer satisfaction and branch successes. He has managed through the onslaught of regulatory changes, the housing market ups and downs as well as the challenges that shape the mortgage industry today.

Pat is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He and his wife live in Laytonsville. Pat is active in his church. He is a proud husband and father.
Patrick McCormick III
As a former active duty Captain in the Marine Corps, Patrick has experience in leadership, problem-solving skills, and genuine care for others. He directly transfers these skills to the Mortgage Industry creating an enjoyable home buying experience for all his customers. Patrick grew up in Laytonsville, MD and graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 2011. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, fly fishing, and the outdoors.
